We are almost done with our Jet Dinghy design but we are stuck right at the end and don't know how to solve the issue. So we have a design challenge.

We need to make the tubes from 3mm aluminium rolled from flat sheets 1200mm x 2400mm in size. each tube will have a diameter of 380mm approximately. 

​

We need someone who can flatten the sheets out and tell us what shape to cut on a CNC router (with the file to suit) so the tubes fit together correctly and we can then weld them up. 

​
